Notes from Indwel

Observations before they become papers.

Short-form writing from the work of building governed cognition: architectural distinctions, operational findings, experiments, questions, and decisions still in motion.

Publication posture

Notes are provisional without being casual.

A note may identify a problem, preserve a distinction, report a result, or open a line of inquiry before a full paper is warranted.

Provisional status must remain visible. Notes do not silently become product commitments, corporate doctrine, or settled research.

Relationship to Papers

The journal remains the durable publication authority.

Substantial essays, formal papers, multimedia, and publication-ready analysis belong to Papers.

Notes may mature into Papers, enter the Cognitive Canon, inform Labs, or remain a dated record of thought.

Keep the distinction. Preserve the lineage.
